If you read my email last week, you know I’m not losing sleep over the latest AI developments and how they’ll affect our industry. That’s my industry AND yours, btw … note the prediction of vocations most affected by the latest AI tech:
Tax Preparers: 100%
Accountants and Auditors: 100%
Public Relations Specialists: 67.2%
Writers and Authors: 82.5%
Will our jobs be replaced by robots in the next five (two) years? Perhaps for some. Those who freeze with glassy eyes and don’t position themselves as a “port in the storm” for their similarly-glassy-eyed clients may very well experience a slow fade.
But if you’ve made it through the last three years in the tax and accounting industry without quitting or imploding, there’s a good chance you can make it through the next three years of accelerated AI advancements and an anything-is-possible-now global environment.
As much as we grew tired of the “pivot” buzzword of the lockdown era, it’s here to stay.
So let’s embrace it, shall we? We, for one, are here to help you navigate all of this, and build something lasting and long-term.
