Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the top of our sales funnel. You’ll be the first touchpoint for prospective clients; reaching out, starting conversations, qualifying interest, and setting high-quality appointments for our sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, thrives with autonomy, and doesn’t need to be micromanaged. You’ll be trusted to manage your day, experiment with outreach approaches, and consistently move opportunities forward.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage leads across multiple channels, including:
- Webinar registrants and attendees
- Trade show leads
- Meta and Google Ads leads
- Website and organic traffic
- Cold and reactivated lead lists
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to start meaningful conversations with prospective clients
- Qualify leads based on fit, timing, and interest
- Set qualified sales appointments for closers and ensure smooth handoffs
- Follow up consistently via phone, email, and other outreach methods to nurture interest
- Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in our CRM
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion quality

What You’ll Need
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional written communication
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
