Jenn serves the TaxProMarketer team as a Client Success Coach. She wants clients to feel heard and served, and spends time addressing every concern with the utmost of care and with a humble, joyful attitude.

Jenn has ample experience in administration, communications, client relations, and service.  The years of experience helps her to maintain open channels of communication from our team to our clients and vice versa. When Jenn isn’t engaging with our clients, she loves spending time with her husband, Joel, and their 4 busy and growing teenagers.   She is highly involved with her church, loves to get to know her hometown, spends time enjoying the outdoors, and relaxing with a good book or in front of a movie with her family.
